My Personal Experience about
Landmark Education and Landmark Assisting Program
I am one of the Landmark
Forum graduates in Beijing, China, who is lucky enough to know first
hand about the Landmark Assisting and Leadership Program. I attended
the Intensive Training Program led by senior Landmark Forum Leader,
Jerome Downes.
Jerome is a firm, unstoppable stand-taker. He is a person who loves
people. Though he looks a little sharp, he is very sensitive and
keen to people, to who they really are. At first, I found myself
fell in love with him and got fascinated with him. Then during the
intensive training, he told us, it is the distinctions that he is
composed of made us love him. He is a true leader. Not only me, but
many of us in Beijing are grateful to Jerome Downes.
From him I know that a person can live his life as his words. At the
intensive training, when I sat next to him as a temporary
translator, I found fun, enjoyment and satisfaction in my new role.
I found the reason why I loved him: Jerome Downes empowers people in
such a way that they find themselves bigger than they think they can
be. It certainly has happened to me, I found myself giving up my
fears and resistance to being great by expanding what I can be
counted upon.
I have a baby boy as I wrote this story. I love my child more than
myself. I am present to the opportunity for my baby’s life as I take
on developing and training myself in the Landmark Assisting and
Leadership Program. Indeed the world of the future is being created
now by leaders like Jerome Downes.
I have gained many breakthrough results in my Landmark Forum. So
naturally I want to maintain my ability to generate further
breakthroughs. It is also true that I have bonded with many great
people as we went through the Landmark Forum and other Landmark
Education course together. Landmark Assisting Program is just
perfect for graduates like me.
Landmark Forum graduates are those people who are open, empowering
and authentic. In a way, they are brave too. They dare to confront
their true feeling and experience, and they dare to tell the truth
to themselves and others. I can easily make friends with them. They
see people in who they really are, instead of the social status or
the amount of money they earn.
I hope my story will help other people and other Landmark graduates
to validate their experience with Landmark Assisting and Leadership
Program.
I think this is one of the best programs anywhere, and I encourage
others to step up to being great leaders. Together we can create a
life and a world that works for ourselves, for the future
generations, and for everyone.
